Where We Ship

We currently ship only to U.S. states.

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S., feel free to reach out — we’d still love to connect: info@cultivar.com.

Order Processing

Once your order is received, it will be placed in our fulfillment queue.

Our processing typically takes two (2) business days. You may cancel your order for a full refund before your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak times, such as product drops and holidays, processing may require an additional business day.

Shipping & Tracking

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking information. You can track your shipment here.

Shipping delays can occur and are beyond our control once your package leaves our facility. For any delivery issues, we encourage you to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

Returns

Returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
